Having spent more than a decade in the corporate world, Ranukka had first-hand experience on how personal branding impacts not just the company’s image, but also the speed of career progression on an individual level.

This is because having substance is already an expectation when you are in corporate. How people perceive you greatly influences your credibility simply because perception is KING.

Upon extensive research and observation, Ranukka was able to crack the code of personal branding during her tenure in a pharmaceutical company which gave her great leverage in her career.

At the height of her career, she won numerous awards and was one of the youngest senior managers in South East Asia.

Compelled to help others match their substance with their perception, she decided to start Image Revamp in 2017 and has never looked back since.

To date, Image Revamp has helped more than 8000 professionals over a variety of industries not just in Malaysia, but also in 12 other countries through her data-driven branding programs. Clients go through a systematic process and equipped with a proven revamp framework to be their best version of themselves which in turn creates the right perception.
